Asset Tag Policy for BYOC Attendees

Standard and Group Attendees will receive two (2) asset tags:

• One tag must be assigned to a primary device (laptop or desktop).
• The second tag may be used for a display (monitor).

Elite Attendees will receive up to four (4) asset tags:

• One tag must be assigned to a primary device (laptop or desktop).
• Two tags may be used for dual monitors.
• A fourth tag may be used only if the attendee brings a personal chair as part of the Elite Perk.

Important Notes:

• Once devices are registered and checked in, they must remain within the secured BYOC area.
• If you choose to remove your devices from the BYOC area, they cannot be re-checked in.
• All device check-outs will be handled securely and must follow proper procedures.
• Handheld devices will not be asset tagged and are brought into the BYOC area at the attendee’s own risk.

Hotel & Parking

Parking and Drop off at The Gaylord

The exclusive QuakeCon self-parking rate at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is $8/day. Just show your badge to the attendant upon exit to guarantee your discount. Parking will be limited at the hotel, so we highly encourage rideshare.

If the on-site parking garages are full, overflow parking for QuakeCon attendees can be found in Lot R. A shuttle service between Lot R and the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center will be available around the clock to get you safely to and from the hall.

Equipment Drop-Off will be located at the Convention Center Drive. Drop off is limited to 5 minutes per car. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended or it will be towed.
