HOW TO SECURE A SEAT
Elite Lottery will open Monday, March 24 and close Sunday, March 30 at 11:00 PM ET.
Participants selected from the lottery will have until 11:00 PM ET on April 6 to purchase their tickets.

STEP ONE:
Upon loading www.showclix.com/tickets/QC25EBYOC you will see the “Secure Your Seat” button which will load the BYOC Seat Map and allow you select seats for this year’s event.
- After the seat map loads, navigate to the desired section, row and seat and click on the desired seat to add it to your cart. You will be able to select one (1) designated Elite table.
- Yellow squares indicate structural columns
- White seats are unavailable for selection
STEP TWO:
DON’T FORGET YOUR BYOC TSHIRT! For each seat you select make sure you add a BYOC Shirt and the requested size to your order
When you’re done choosing your seat(s), confirm your selection by pressing "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" at the bottom of the page.
STEP THREE:
Need Fan Tickets for your non-BYOC companions? As an Elite ticket holder, you are granted one (1) FREE QuakeCon Fan ticket and have the opportunity to purchase more at a discounted rate. Take advantage! This discount is only offered during seat selection!
STEP FOUR:
On the following page you will be asked to assign each seat and fan ticket in your cart to a ticket holder. Please enter the name as First Name Last Name (NO HANDLES! That comes later)
At this point you also have the option to edit your selections. At the end of the page, you will be required to read and agree to the QuakeCon Attendee Waiver.
Confirm by pressing “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
On the next page, complete your payment information and opt in or out of event insurance. The insurance is offered by a third-party and is not an affiliate of QuakeCon.
Click “Complete Order” to complete your seat selection and registration. Make sure you opt-in to receive updates so we can email you with fun event details and opportunities. We promise we won’t spam you!
