Participants selected from the lottery will be notified on Monday, March 16 and will be able to purchase Thursday, March 19 at 6 PM ET – Sunday, March 22 at 11:45 PM.

New for 2026: Improved Group Purchase Waves – Mark Your Calendars

We heard you — Managing tickets and seat selections for big squads can be challenging, especially when trying to ensure everyone sits together and enjoys the event as a team. So, this year, we’re rolling out three dedicated purchase waves to make the process smoother and more organized.

Groups of 20 + On Sale: March 31 | 10 AM ET – April 4 | 11 PM ET

• To help streamline placement and coordination, submit Groups of 20 or more must submit a seat request form in advance in order to purchase tickets.
• Seat Request Form Window: March 20 | 9 AM ET – March 26 | 11 PM ET

Please note the following 20+ guidelines

• This is a request, not a reservation. Submitting this form does not guarantee a group seating block. Once your request is fulfilled you must purchase your seat within the allotted time frame to secure your BYOC seats. Any unclaimed seats will be released and reservations will not be reestablished.
• The number of seats you request must match the number of BYOC tickets your group purchases. Groups may not request 20+ seats and then buy fewer tickets.
• Seating placement is at the sole discretion of QuakeCon show management. While preferences may be considered, they are not guaranteed.
• Your group may be placed anywhere within the BYOC area. Specific zones or proximity to vendors, exits, or other features cannot be promised.
• Fan Row placement is not guaranteed. Indicating interest does not ensure your group will be seated in a Fan Row section.
• All group members will be seated together, but final layout may differ from your requested configuration.
• Power and space limits still apply per BYOC seat. Groups may not exceed standard equipment or power rules.
