QuakeCon will take place Thursday, August 10 – Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. Guests can make reservations at the Gaylord Texan Resort by calling 1.877.491.5138 or by clicking here. When calling to reserve your room just mention QuakeCon for a special room rate of $202 per night(+ applicable tax)!

Parking is available at a reduced rate of $8 per day.

If the garages are full, overflow parking will also be available in Lot R for QuakeCon attendees. Shuttle service between Lot R and the Gaylord Convention Center will be available from 8am Thursday, August 10th – midnight on Sunday, August 13th, with limited service between the hours of 9pm – 9am. Signs to Lot R will be posted once you’ve entered the Gaylord Texan Property.
