Asset Tag Policy for BYOC Ticket Holders

Attendees Standard and Group Attendees will receive two (2) asset tags: One tag must be assigned to a primary device (laptop, console or desktop). The second tag may be used for a display (monitor).

Elite Attendees will receive up to four (4) asset tags: One tag must be assigned to a primary device (laptop, console or desktop).

Important Notes:

Once devices are registered and checked in, they must remain within the secured BYOC area. If you choose to remove your devices from the BYOC area, they cannot be re-checked in.

Handheld devices will not be asset tagged (Switch, Steamdeck, iPad, etc) and are brought into the BYOC area at the attendee’s own risk.
